David Noble and Tara Watrous are thought leaders at the intersection of Sports & Entertainment, Education, and Entrepreneurship. They specialize in entrepreneurial education and just-in-time learning. At UConn's Werth Institute they built the programs that carried students to Silicon Valley funding, Hollywood internships, and IPOs, stewarding over $50M in partnership with UConn Athletics along the way. Tessa Brown was their first equestrian proof of concept, a national champion rider who lived this transition firsthand and proved the model works. Together, the three now bring this proven model to the EquiPearl Academy, privatized and by invitation.
